“Our brief was to create a web presence for customers and professionals across Leicestershire. The main aim was to be able to share information on the Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) and other grants available to residents in Leicestershire, in one place, as well as being able to refer in a simple and easy way. MacMartin tailored the support to be flexible around changes as the project evolved. Being a young person led project meant that at times information was delayed or sent in different formats, they had patience and understanding and finished with a really great marketing toolkit that has now been rolled out nationally amongst the YMCA movement (116 YMCAs across England and Wales) and Foyer Federation.
