Palm & Vine was created to bring health-focused dried fruit snacks directly to consumers, combining contemporary appeal with over a century of sourcing expertise.
Developed with J.O. Sims, a business with 125 years of experience, Palm & Vine translates industry heritage into a modern, lifestyle-led brand designed for today’s conscious snacker.
The aim:
Disrupt traditional snack choices, build trust through provenance, and appeal to a health-conscious, image-aware audience.

Standing out without shouting.
The dried fruit category is visually and strategically saturated.
Many brands rely on heavy, ornate graphics, traditional cues, and cultural motifs – often signalling “worthy” rather than desirable.
Palm & Vine faced a dual challenge:
Communicate depth of experience without looking dated or traditional.
Complicating this further was a strict, immovable launch timeline – brand assets had to be delivered in time for packaging production and website build.
We needed to create a brand that feels light, modern, and premium – while quietly carrying 125 years of credibility beneath the surface.

Through early brand workshops, we identified The Conscious Snacker as the core audience:
