Before strategy development, we worked closely with the Midwinter team to discover and define what mattered most – to them and to their clients.
We conducted a focused brand workshop to align on the brand’s purpose, personality and proof points, identifying clear foundations to anchor how Midwinter should show up visually and verbally.
This ensured everything that followed felt authentic, not imposed.
This project was delivered through our Blueprint Framework – a structured six-month programme designed to give organisations clarity, capability and control over their marketing. Alongside defining the brand, we worked closely with the Midwinter team to ensure their marketing strategy was practical, embedded and ready to be carried forward with confidence.
