Social Media & Mental Health

It is our aim to live in a world where young people can have individual control over how social media affects their mental health.

Digital technologies and the popularity of social media platforms, means it’s here to stay. As a society, we haven’t developed an etiquette when it comes to the use of social media.

We need to teach young people how manage this huge societal change, in a way which doesn’t have a negative effect upon their mental health.

How can we help?

Workshops

We run 1/2 day workshops with young people between the ages of 13-25 in schools, colleges, universities and workplaces across the UK.

We help young people to take control over their social media through a series of questions, activities and advice.

This is not your usual ‘do this’ workshop – each individual will decide how they want social media to work for them.

Resources

For those of you who have been to one of our workshops – you will find links to our resources below:

Training

We offer training and advice to adults within the education sector, and those working with young people on a regular basis.

We offer the training and resources to deliver our workshops at scale.

We are on a mission to reach as many young people as possible, providing them with the practical advice they need to take back control of their social media.
