What’s included in a MacMartin Brand Workshop?

Phase 1

Research

Prior to running the workshop, we would work with you to define the objectives of the session and identify the key stakeholders that should participate in the workshop. We will also collect relevant information about your organisation such as competitors, industry, target audience etc.

Phase 2

Planning

We will devise the session based on your objectives, planning the activities, discussions and exercises that will be facilitated during the workshop.

Phase 3

Facilitating

Brand workshops can be carried out face-to-face or via Teams dependent upon requirements. During the workshop we will facilitate discussions and exercises that will help you to define and refine your brand strategy and identity. This may include brainstorming sessions, competitor analysis, card sorting and brand personality exercises.

Phase 4

Documenting

After the session we will send over the key insights and decisions made during the brand workshop. At this point, we recommend we put together a full set of brand guidelines to guide future marketing activities and ensure consistency.
